Our society is here to help you to make you living your new life in the most safe and comfortable way, we are here to be your friends, to make you overcome prejudices and loneliness.
" ILCO" Association of Serbia founded on April 17th 2002 in Belgrade and it has been active ever since. We celebrate this day every year together with our friends from Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Ukraine, who come to visit us. They, in return, become our hosts in November and
December when we go to visit them in their countries. From October 31st 2003 we are celebrating our Saint Patron, St. Luca, where the main host changes every year, but it is always one of the well known surgeons from Belgrade. The main celebration takes place in our Meeting Room.
When we as patients talk about OUR EXPERIENCE, one gets different insight into all the aspects of the routine, being that positive or negative, of our National Health Service.

Our GOALS:
- Education and information of the patients and members of their families before and after the surgery
- Helping our patients to get back to the society, to their life environment, their work, grandchildren, studies
- Adherence to the " Oath of the patients' rights"
- Founding ILCO society nationwide
- Cooperating with NHS and Ministry of health
- Taking part on seminars, congresses of medical staff
- Taking part on European and World Congress of patients, being official members
